Product Authentication

To ensure authenticity of our Infinite White & Diamond Plus products, we have developed a QR code on each product that enables you to do a authentication check. Products launched from September 1, 2019 onwards will have a unique code printed on the packaging.

 

Simply download the “Timeless Forever app”, sign up an account, and authenticate the products via the app.

To ensure security and prevent tampering, our app requires you to sign up for an account to enjoy multiple authentication scans. Each scan is unique and securely recorded.

 

  • Registered Account: Scan multiple times for added convenience.
  • Guest Account: Limited to one-time scanning only.

  1. Download Our Timeless Tomato app is available on IOS and Android. Before you begin authenticating your product, consider registering for an account with us!. Enjoy additional member perks such as a smoother Product Authentication Process, Reward Points (coming soon) and stay updated with our latest news!

     


    2. To register, simply click on the user icon on the top left hand corner. Click on “Login”



    3. Click on "Register"



     

     

    4. Enter your details and click “Submit”


Authenticate Via App (Android/IOS) + -

Follow these steps to authenticate via the Timeless app (available on IOS and Android):

  1. Launch the Timeless app and click on the scan icon at the bottom. Align the QR code on the box to the center of the scanning frame.

  2. After successfully scanning the QR code, the product information will be displayed as follows. The user will also be prompted to scratch off the silver coating under the QR code to reveal a second QR code.

  3. After scratching off the silver coating, click "Scan Again" and align the new QR code to the scanning frame.
