It has recently come to our attention that certain websites that are not authorised by us have been selling or offering on sale, Timeless Forever® products. Timeless Forever® will not be responsible for the fulfilment of any purchases made from these unauthorised persons, and any adverse effects that occur as a result of consumption or application of said products.
Any certificates and/or authorisation letters, unless issued by GK Laboratory (Asia) Pte Ltd are not recognised. We, GK Laboratory (Asia) Pte Ltd, reserve the rights to take legal action against such violating parties.
Product Authentication
To ensure that all our customers purchase only authentic Timeless products, we have developed a QR code that enables you to do a product authentication check.
Products launched from September 1, 2019 onwards will have a unique QR code printed on the packaging. Customers can scan the QR code using the official Timeless app or via WeChat to verify if the product is authentic. Download the Timeless app to authenticate your products and stay updated on our latest news.
Authentication via App

Follow these steps to authenticate via the Timeless app (available on iOS and Android):
1. Launch the Timeless app and click on the scan icon at the bottom. Align the QR code on the box to the center of the scanning frame.
2. After successfully scanning the QR code, the product information will be displayed as follows. The user will also be prompted to scratch off the silver coating under the QR code to reveal a second QR code.
3. After scratching off the silver coating, click “Scan Again” and align the new QR code to the scanning frame.
The app will display different results based on various scenarios below.
(A) If the product is authentic and has not been scanned before, you should see the message below:
(B) If the product is authentic and scanned by the same user again, you should see the message below:
(C) If the product has been scanned by another user, OR should a user have successfully scanned the QR code without signing in, the following message will be displayed:

2. If the product is Authentic and has been scanned by the same user before, you will see one of the following 2 messages:

Authentication via WeChat
Follow these steps to authenticate via the Timeless WeChat official account:
1. Open WeChat QR scanner and scan the QR code on the packaging.
2. Once you land on the display page, press and hold onto the QR code displayed on the screen and click “Extract QR code” to go to the 时光番茄 official Wechat account.
3. Click “Follow” on the 时光番茄 official Wechat account.
4. Click on “时光番茄”, select “会员中心” followed by “正品验证” to open up the WeChat scanner again.
5. Scan the top QR code for more information on the product.
6. Scratch off the silver coating below the QR code and scan the new QR code to authenticate the product. If the product is authentic, you will see the following message.
